This notice explains how Miracai handles personal data and cookies on this website. Miracai is building toward private preview, and this site is informational: it describes what we are building and lets interested teams get in touch.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the contact or preview form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company, role, and the contents of your message. We use this to respond to you, manage the preview queue, and have follow-up conversations. Please do not include confidential customer data, protected health information, financial account details, or other sensitive information in the form.
Your submission is delivered to us by email through Cloudflare's email service. The form is also protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process limited technical information to tell humans and bots apart.
Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate (for example, which pages are viewed). We do not use this data to identify you personally, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Cookies & similar technologies
We do not set any analytics cookies unless you opt in. When the banner appears, analytics stays off by default (Google Consent Mode), and Google Analytics is only loaded after you click Accept. If you accept, the following cookies may be set:

To remember your choice, we store a small value (miracai-cookie-consent) in your browser's local storage. This is strictly necessary for the banner to work, contains only "granted" or "denied", and is not used for tracking.
Your choices
Analytics stays off until you opt in, and you can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, or using the button below. Declining or withdrawing turns analytics off and removes the analytics cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Legal basis
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for analytics cookies, and on our legitimate interest (and, where relevant, steps taken at your request) to respond to and manage enquiries you send us through the form.
Service providers
We share data only with providers that help us run this site and respond to you:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, form delivery (email), and Turnstile spam protection.
- Google: Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
These providers may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States, under the safeguards their terms provide.
Data retention
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to manage the preview queue, and no longer than 3 years. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact us at privacy@miracai.com. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this notice as the product and site evolve. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
